The Villains of the Disney Worlds have banded together, thought up a master plan. They plucked their enemies from their homes-in some cases, even from different points in time-and scattered them about in a new world they had created. In the wake of the powerful magic they used, the old worlds were destroyed, with seemingly no chance of ever being restored.

In the chaos that followed the shift, the Villains secured their own power in the new world, now known only as the Wicked Kingdom. At the height of power is the Council, a group of seven villains who came up with the plan initially. The others have taken up governing different portions of the island, keeping a close eye on old enemies to make sure that no one threatens their power.

For those now under the Villain's reign, there are those who have chosen the path of least resistance, trying to make the best of a bad situation and find a new life. There are others, however, those who seek to fight against the Villains and restore their home lands at any cost.
