Shape-shifters
Many of the animals and some of the humans have found themselves in different bodies since being brought to the Wicked Kingdom. However, their original forms are not lost to them entirely, as they are able to shape-shift between their animal and human forms. Except for those allied with the Villains, who were told about this ability, many do not realize this straight away, however.
Magic
Magic users are the only ones to retain their full abilities. The Villains, however, are seeking a way to make their enemies who utilize magic weaker to reduce the likelihood of being defeated in the future, but they've found nothing yet.
Merfolk
Merfolk were all changed into human beings when being brought to the Wicked Kingdom. They still retain their ability to breath underwater, while being able to breath normally above water.
Gods
Gods still retain their abilities to an extent, though they are not nearly as powerful as they were before their transformation.

Special CasesSpecial cases are rarer than the usual changes and are usually much more drastic. Members may only have one cursed or corrupted character. CursedA common fate among animals who were not transformed into humans, Curses can have a wide variety of effects. Cursed animals most commonly turn wild, uncontrollable and mindless, acting as destructive forces within the area they inhabit. They often aware of their normal selves, but can not bring themselves to act as they normally would.
In humans & other humanoid creatures, the effects seem to vary wildly, with anything from a change in appearance (much like the Beast) to loss of memory to complete madness. CorruptedAfter a bit of practice, the High Council was able to find a way to break the minds of others and bend them to their will magically. The corrupted become agents of the council, doing their bidding to the best of their abilities without question. Unlike the cursed, while they are aware of their past selves, but the magic that binds them makes them believe that they never want to return to their former selves again.
