In his god forum, he is tall with grey skin tone. His hair is blue fire like flames. Which can also be easily set out making him appear to be bald when he isn’t normally.
With in his human forum, he is pretty tall. He wanted keep his dark vibe. So he chooses to have jet black colored hair. Along with set of brown eyes. That was so people who knew him would not have clue just who he was.

He can be very temperamental kind of guy. While Hades is very fast talker he can also be very cocky when he speaks to anyone as well. To himself he is the center of the world. He refuses to let anyone get in the way of this. He will do whatever he can to fight someone that gets in the way of his plans.
Leading to make him very stubborn character. Along with everything else he come across as ruthless. He states that he cares when everyone knows all he care for his own goal of seeking power for himself. Leading him also be very controlling and demanding as well.

Hades plan were to take control from his brother Zeus. But things didn’t go to plan with Zeus’s wife gave birth to Zeus son, Hercules. Worried Hades seeks council only find out with in eighteen years after the birth of the child. That Hercules would ruin all of Hades plans.
To Hades this couldn’t happen. He wouldn’t let this child get in his way. So he hatches out a evil plan to make Hercules mortal. So the child wouldn’t have any of his god like powers. Making it impossible for the child to stop Hades and his plans.
These plans go very wrong for Hades when Baby Hercules didn’t drink every last drop of the potion. Leading to Hades trying everything to stop him and failing terribly each time as well. Once He did gain control soon enough. But it’s taken from him as quick as he had gain it from Hercules.
Very angry by this Hades comes up with new plan. This time his plan would not fail. He makes world of his own. Where he Hades would rule all. He finds out that he would need help. So he enlist the help of other Villains. Together they set their plan into action.
He was as mean as he was ruthless
