This must all be in my head, my homeland can't be destroyed. If it truly is gone, then..Kiara my family, they must all be around somewhere, the real question is where, and where do I start to look...
A small sweat drop appeared on the brow of the young adult, when noticed, it was quickly wiped with a battered windbreaker sleeve that was colored blue with brown soil stains. It must have been from over thinking the situation, why else would Kovu be in such a panic stricken state? Perhaps because he had lost his mate, he was now a human, and his own world was destroyed. He placed his hands in front of him and looked at the dirt stains between his fingers; where his paws once where."That is in your past now Kovu, don't get hung up about it..."
The arrogant male looked around, and was surrounded by mist and silence. If silence was really anything. Bringing a hand through his dirty blond hair he let out a stressful breath and turned in circles. Was anybody from his homeworld around? Kovu let out a small shiver, if he still had his fur, this wouldn't be a problem, but even then, the adult would have felt cold, only because he was alone, and that alone was enough to make him freeze.
His pale, and fragile fingers pressed on his left eye, a small rise in the skin indicating the scar where his mother had attacked him. It sent his memories back into overdrive, if weren't stable, this would be enough to make anyone go insane."Kovu, you must find someone, a companion, whether you want to trust them or not, you're talking to yourself, and answering back, that cannot be a good sign.."
for his own sanity, Kovu decided that since he couldn't be lost, since he didn't know where he was, he kind of woke up here, it wouldn't be such a bad idea to just move forward. Someone had to be around, and for his own sanity, he sure hoped so. |

Ariel was walking around the cold dark woods herself. She had woken up here. She wasn't even sure how she had gotten here. Last she remember was being on the ship with Eric. Just ready to marry him.
Now she was alone and lost in dark woods. She rubs her hands up and down her arms. The cold air has gotten to her. Even colder then the sea water had been at times.
Eric must be looking for me... she thinks to herself.
Ariel looks ahead seeing young man just ahead of her. He seem just as lost and alone as she was.
She slowly made her way up to him." Umm Hello" she greets him gently.

With a raise of his bushy brows, Kovu just examined the slender red head with curious eyes. He watched her approach from a distance, at least there was someone now, and he wasn't alone. Even then though, this girl seemed chilled to the bone, at least that's what he got from the looks. She had placed her palms on her shoulders and rubbed up and down the length of her arms.
he puffed out a breath and noted that he could see his breath. Tilting his head to the side, he realized that it was chilly, but he hadn't really noticed it until this girl rubbed her arms to keep the chills away, granted it probably wouldn't do much in a place like this.
When she greeted him she seemed almost timid. She didn't say hello in a cheery tone, it just seemed fearful for some reason."Hello, there, I'm....I'm Kovu." he realized she couldn't have been evil she didn't seem like the type, but then again even the darkest hearts could appear innocent."You are?" |

"Kovu" Ariel says. She wasn't sure she has ever heard of a name like that before. It must be a human name. she thinks to herself.
Ariel then reaches her hand out to him." I'm Ariel" she tells him. She glances around and then back at Kovu. " Im gald to find someone...I thought I may be alone here..." She states.
Ariel moves closer. " Where are we ? Do you know?" She asked. She had been asking herself that very question since she had gotten here.
