apperance;; Frollo has a tall, thin frame. He has grey hair, that is always covered by a black and purple striped hat with a red tassel. His skin is pale, due to all his time spent indoors and has deep lines from all the scowling he does.
He wears a long black robe with purple on the cuffs, and collar. Red strips are on the shoulders of his robe and on the small diamonds on the decorative collar. Under his clock, is a high collared white shirt. His fingers are long and bony, and he wears a large ring on his right hand. The ring is a red jewel on a purple-blue band.
personality;; Frollo has many different characteristics. He is manipulative, self-righteous, selfish, corrupt, vain, rude, evil, uncaring, strict, stern, and ignorant. He is terribly racist, especially to gypsies, who he is always trying to get rid of by any means possible.
Frollo is also quite religious. He praises the Virgin Mary in his song HellFire, and keeps Quasimodo in the Cathedral where no one can find him. Before Frollo kills him as a baby, he is reminded of his killing of an innocent woman. To clean himself of this sin, he raises Quasi.

history;; Frollo starts off by ambushing a group of gypsies that entered his town illegally. He chases one to Notre Dame, where he kills her. The Archdeacon tells him that to redeem himself from such a crime, he most care for the baby the woman was carrying. He sadly accepts, and calls him Quasimodo, meaning "Near-perfect mode" or "Half-formed". He raises the boy in the Cathedral, away from the rest of the town, teaching him that the world considers him as an ugly, and hideous monster.
Twenty years pass, and Frollo asks Captain Phoebus to assist him in the war with the gypsies; at the same time, Quasi is becoming rebellious. When he becomes crowned and humiliated at the Feast of Fools, Frollo refuses to help him as to punish him for disobeying. The gypsy, Esmeralda insults Frollo for his cruelty, which causes her to be put under arrest. He corners her in the Cathedral, where he tells her that if she leaves, he will arrest her. Quasi helps her escape, and Frollo finds out. He calls for a city-wide manhunt for her, at the same time he is haunted by his lust for her. As he approaches insanity, Phoebus disobeys him and is sentenced to death. Esmeralda saves him.
Frollo tricks Quasi into leading him to the gypsy hide-out, The Court of Miracles. He plans to execute Esmeralda the following day, but gives her one last chance to become his mistress. She refuses and is ordered killed. Quasi snaps and saves her, disobeying his master, and pouring molten copper onto the streets, keeping everyone away from the Cathedral. Frollo manages to get in, and tries to stab Quasi from behind. Quasi stops him, almost killing Frollo in his rage. Quasi takes Esmeralda to the balconies, where he continues to fight Frollo. Frollo reveals to Quasi that he killed his mother, resulting in both falling from the balcony. Quasi gets caught by Phoebus, but Frollo continues to fall towards the molten streets below.
Just before falling in the flames, Frollo is captured and brought to a strange new world where he swears his alliance to Maleficent and the other villains.
